We use Shiprocket as our logistics platform, which connects us with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, DTDC, and others.
Your order is automatically assigned to the best courier based on your location and serviceability.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 days after confirmation.
We dispatch orders on all working days, including weekends and holidays, unless something unavoidable happens.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Within Delhi NCR: 2–4 days

Rest of India: 4–8 days

Remote locations may take a little longer.
4. Shipping Charges
We follow a simple fixed shipping structure:

5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
You can check the live status anytime through the Shiprocket tracking page.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the courier cannot deliver due to wrong address, no response, or unavailability, the parcel may return to us.
In such cases:

Refunds are not issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
